Maximize your energy with a nice Suhour

A proper and balanced Suhour meal will help sustain your energy throughout the day and prolong your sensation of fullness.

The meal should include complex carbohydrates, high fibers foods and slow digesting proteins to slow the digestive system.

Examples of a Suhour meal:

  • Foul+ small Arabic bread+ laban + 2 cups water
  • Oats + milk + banana + 2 cups water
  • 2 whole grain toasts+ egg or cheese+ laban or cup milk+ + 2cups water
  • 2 medium zaatar and labneh fatayer+ laban or milk+ 1 fruit
